You know I really believe in sharing my special folks and places with you so here's another one: Circles of Wisdom on Main St. downtown Andover, Ma. I've lived on the North Shore for over a decade and COW has been serving the community for well over that. I met Cathy Kneeland (then Levine) early on and over the years I did readings and taught a class or two,and still do from time to time- but what I really love about COW is it's staying power and presence here. It's withstood the ebb and flow of economic shifts and unpredictable changes we've experienced over the years and it's a spot that brings me comfort just knowing that. Cathy has realized a dream owning this store and her commitment shows. Now with her hubbie, Bob and staff , COW is a bit of a suburban oasis for spiritual seekers and everyone else too. I visit regularly to restock on Nag Champa incense yum! check out the books, stones, books ( yes more books!) classes and lots of little goodies that like to jump in my bag before I can get out the door;')
It's a welcoming place and you'll feel at home just taking your time and browsing around, asking questions and taking it all in. COW stocks Art For Your Heart too! And several of the canvases are also available online so if you can't make it down to the store , you're in luck!
