4. start a meditation practice- you'd be amazed at the peace and calm, acceptance that can come from a 10minutes/day practice. new for the fall a one on one private instruction session with me to get ur practice started. learn everything you need to know to have a successful meditation practice.
5. reiki to relax and re-group- i'm now offering 30minute reiki-reboot sessions to support you in the midst of it all. consider a weekly reiki lunch break, or come by while the kids are at piano lessons or soccer practice. return to your life rejuvenated, calm and able to flow thru the rest of your day with ease.
